CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW POLICY:

APPOINTMENTS MAY BE CANCELLED ONLINE ONLY.

You will find the cancellation link in your appointment confirmation emails. To apply your initial deposit to another tan, you must reschedule your appointment more than 24 hours before your original appointment time. You will forfeit the deposit if you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment time.

WE ASK ALL CLIENTS TO PROVIDE A CREDIT CARD TO SECURE THEIR APPOINTMENT TIME. A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO BOOK YOUR SPRAY TAN. DEPOSITS ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE. ALL COMPLETED TANS ARE A NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICE.

BY BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT AND PROVIDING YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES:

SALON TANS: PLEASE ARRIVE 5-10 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME. PLEASE WAIT OUTSIDE THE SPA ENTRANCE UNTIL WE UNLOCK THE DOOR TO LET YOU IN. PLEASE DO NOT RING THE BELL OR BANG ON THE DOOR. BRONZED BY BRITT WILL DO OUR BEST TO DECREASE WAITING TIME AND PROVIDE THE FULL ALLOTTED APPOINTMENT TIME.

IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 7 MINUTES LATE, WE CAN NOT HONOR YOUR APPOINTMENT.

Should you need to cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours in advance, or you are a no show, your 50% deposit will be charged to your credit card for the appointment. No exceptions.

NOTE: Please be aware of the fact that certain medications (by mouth or topicals), foods, and over-the-counter products can have an adverse effect on the spray tan development, color, or how long it will last. I am attesting to having no sun exposure that could cause the skin to peel, slough off or new skin from peeling can result in a darker color in various places. We recommend specific products for non-fading and to lengthen your tan. We cannot guarantee the spray tan if you use other products.
