Workout & FITNESS SPRAY TAN TIPS

We love you showing off our tans in your workout classes and at the gym! There are some important things to keep in mind with your workout both pre and post tan.  

PREPARATIONS

Prior to your spray tan, working out is ok but here are a few guidelines… you must complete your workout and shower at least 4-6 hours prior to your spray tan for best results. Rinse with a cold shower to close your pores. 

FOLLOWING YOUR SPRAY TAN

After your spray tan, we suggest you wait at least 12-24 hours post spray tan initial rinse to workout again. Some bronzer can still rinse out in your second shower.  If you’re sweating working out you may think you’re sweating off spray tan.  (You are not, this is just initial bronzer that needs another rinse.) 

 
 

We suggest you take short lukewarm showers and stay dry post-shower while you’re spray-tanned.  

 
 

Try to not excessively sweat while you’re spray tanned, avoid hot workout classes until you want to start the tan removal process. Save your hot yoga, hot Pilates and sauna for the end of the life of your spray tan.  

 
 
 

We also suggest you moisturize with our hydrate lotion prior to the gym or workout classes while spray tanned.  This helps lock more hydration into your pores and your spray tan!
