spray tan policies
WOMEN: Tanning V-String or G-String Panties are suggested or you may use a complimentary pair of disposable individually wrapped tanning panties. Some clients prefer to wear swimwear or tan commando.
MEN: You must wear your own boxers or sock over your privates for your service.
RETOUCH POLICY: If you have a discrepancy regarding the development of your tan please call immediately. If it is determined you need a retouch I will extend the courtesy within 24 hours of your initial appointment.

CANCELLATION, NO SHOWS, & DEPOSIT
DEPOSIT
We ask all clients to provide a credit card to secure their appointment time. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book your spray tan. Deposits are non-transferable. All completed tans are a non-refundable service.
APPOINTMENTS MAY BE RESCHEDULED OR CANCELLED ONLINE ONLY.
You will find the reschedule/cancellation link in your appointment confirmation email. To apply your initial deposit to a future tan, you must select cancel/reschedule the next screen you’ll select “reschedule”. You may only reschedule for the reserved appointment type, (happy hour for happy hour- spa tan for spa tan) Your appointment must be rescheduled more than 24 hours prior to your original appointment time. You will forfeit the deposit if you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment time.
LATE POLICY:
If you are more than 7 minutes late we can not take your appointment. Everyone reserves and deserves their full 30 minute sunless experience.
All spray tan appointments are final sale. No refunds.
